![]() Invites to foreign Air Forces are sent by Chief of Air Force to respective heads of foreign Air Forces to attend the symposium and to consider supporting the event with aircraft for static and flying displays. Aside from the civil side of the event, the Australian International Airshow is the preeminent event for showcasing the Royal Australian Air Force and is run in conjunction with the Chief of Air Force Symposium. ![]() We have many queries as to why various Air Forces are not present at the event. The final flying display program will not be available until much closer to the event.Some aircraft will be on static display only, and others will not be in attendance on all days.Aircraft attending are subject to operational requirements and weather.Keep in mind a few things when reviewing the aircraft: We use the word ‘anticipate’ as these are the aircraft that have confirmed their attendance at AIRSHOW 2023, but as the modern age world lives, things can change! The current list is by no means complete and will be updated as aircraft are confirmed. We anticipate that the following military aircraft will be at Avalon for the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition, from Friday 3 – Sunday 5 March 2023.
